RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Window: 14 days from delivery date for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Eligible Items: Full-price merchandise only. Sale items (20%+ off), mystery boxes, accessories (hats, jewelry), and limited collaboration drops are FINAL SALE.

Process:

1. 

Email returns@downbadcult.com with order number and reason

2. 

Receive prepaid return label (US only) or international return instructions

3. 

Ship within 7 days of approval

4. 

Refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

Exchanges: Size exchanges available for in-stock items only. If size unavailable, store credit issued.

Defective/Damaged: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace or refund at our discretion including shipping costs.
