Processing Time: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Pre-orders process after manufacturing completion.

Shipping Methods:

 

Standard (US): 5-8 business days — 8.00 (Free over 70)

 

Express (US): 2-3 business days — $14.99

 

International: 10-21 business days — $20.00+ (calculated at checkout)

Tracking: Provided via email once shipped. International tracking varies by destination.

Lost Packages: We investigate after 14 days domestic / 30 days international. DownBadCult is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided by customer.

Undeliverable Orders: Returned to sender due to address errors incur reshipment fee equal to original shipping cost.
